We saw the same problem again and again: clinics drowning in spreadsheets but struggling to turn numbers into clear actions. We knew there was a better way. That's why we built Dentalytics — to bring smart, modern analytics into the daily life of dental practices. What does Dentalytics do?
Dentalytics is a Power BI report we build for dental clinics. It connects your internal data (PMS, billing, calendar) with aggregated market data and presents everything in one live view — revenue, patients, procedures, capacity, attendance and a comparison with the market in your district.
Where does the market data come from?
From aggregated data published by Czech public health insurance companies. We slice it by district, procedure code, month and insurer and work with roughly three years of history. Market data contains no information about individual doctors or patients — it serves only as a comparison context. The market view is currently available for the Czech market.
What data do we need from the clinic?
Access to your PMS, billing and calendar via available exports or an API. We agree the exact scope and connection method on the intro call. Internal data is what enables comparison across doctors, hygienists and locations — something market data alone cannot provide.
How do you handle security and GDPR?
Your data stays yours. We sign an NDA before deployment, process personal data in line with GDPR, and keep all processing within the EU. We don't share data with third parties and we don't use it to train any models outside your report. Access rights are managed by the clinic.
How long does deployment take?
With no major blockers, we typically go from intro call to a live report in roughly four to eight weeks, depending on data availability. We always adapt the plan to the technical setup of the specific clinic.
What can the report measure?
The prepared KPI library covers revenue and production, patients, appointments, capacity and team, procedure mix and market comparison. In the Enterprise tier we additionally define custom KPIs tailored to what you need to track in your clinic.
Are predictions and automation on the roadmap?
Yes, we are gradually extending the product with advanced features: predictions of cancelled and no-show appointments, demand and capacity forecasting, automation of repeating processes (patient reminders, recall lists, report distribution) and an AI assistant for selected processes in the clinic. These features are part of the Enterprise tier.
What does setup and monthly operation cost?
We charge an initial implementation fee at deployment; the amount depends on the scope of integration and configuration. The monthly price for the chosen tier is shown in the Products section. Enterprise pricing is prepared individually.
